I reached out to customer service about an issue I was having with my order, the whole thing just dragged on. It took a while to get a reply, and I ended up having to follow up more than once, which got annoying...
When they finally did respond, it didn’t really feel like they had read what I wrote. The answers were short, kind of vague, and I still didn’t get a clear solution, so I was left feeling stuck...
Maybe other people have had a better experience, but mine was just frustrating from start to finish. I don’t think I’d bother using them again after this..

Shipping took way longer than I expected, and the tracking barely changed the whole time. The wait was really frustrating. I would not order again if I needed something fast.

I don’t know, the website kind of threw me off right away. Like, it works, but the whole design feels dated, and then I started noticing the fonts and colors don’t really seem to go together.
